| Kent E. Anthony, CIC, CFP®, CMFC, RFC® President k-anthony@insurewithus.net Kent started his insurance career with Farm Bureau in 1977 and came to Sterling in 1981 to manage the agency. Kent has obtained the professional designations of Certified Insurance Counselor, Certified Financial Planner, Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor, and Registered Financial Consultant. He is also a National Faculty instructor for the National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research and teaches insurance courses all over the United States. Kent works with commercial insurance and financial products. |

| Sharlyn
Thode, CISR Assistant Vice President s-thode@insurewithus.net Sharlyn was the bookkeeper for the agency in 1969-71. She put her job on hold to stay home with her family until 1984 when she rejoined the agency in the same capacity. Sharlyn became a licensed insurance agent in 1986 and has had her Certified Insurance Service Representative designation for 20 years. She sells personal lines products including home, flood, autos, and boats. She is also one of our crop hail specialists.

Shane Elwood Shane joined First Group Insurance in May 2008. He is a 2003 graduate of Sterling College, and has worked full-time as an assistant football coach at Sterling College since 2006. Shane is married to the former Kim Kramer of Junction City, KS. They have two young boys. Shane will be concentrating his efforts on commercial and agricultural insurance including multiple peril crop insurance.

Kyle Young Kyle joined First Group Insurance in April 2009. Kyle started his insurance career at Americo Life Insurance Company; where he worked as a New Business Representative for four years. Kyle graduated from Emporia State University in 2003 with a degree in Business Administration. Kyle and his wife live in the Hutchinson area, with hopes of starting a family soon.

Treasure SeJour Treasure joined First Group Insurance in February 2008. Prior to joining our agency she lived in Carrefour, Haiti for 3 months doing non-profit work in a girl's orphanage. Treasure has been a Sterling resident since 1993. After high school she attended the Floral Design Institiute in Seattle, WA to be certified in Floral Design. Treasure is our Receptionist and Customer Service Representative. |

Lyons Location:
Kay Kennedy, LUTCF Kay started her insurance career with Farm Bureau in 1982 in McPherson, KS. She was Agency Manager for Shelter Insurance for 13 years in Lyons, KS. She is writing auto, home, business, as well as life and health in our Lyons location. Kay has obtained her professional life designation of L.U.T.C.F
